You have to think like a kid to plan the PERFECT birthday party. Don’t worry, We did the work for you and your children’s friends.

We also thought about you, the parents. EVERYTHING IS DONE! There is no preplanning, no cooking, baking, put up decorations, taking down, trimming and cleaning, cleaning, and more cleaning. We do it all!

Our staff and instructors are kid-friendly. They are always eager to teach a new group of kids. Young people know when that is the situation and respond joyfully.  

Like traditional “best” parties, our birthday parties are fast-paced, fun and full of surprises. We aim to make a memorable occasion. We both entertain and teach fun stuff - really COOL “Ninja-style” self-protection stuff, while having a party! We begin the party with a Group Karate Lesson with martial arts games and activities. Just like on the movies, the kids will learn how to break a board safely! We assure that each child will be the "assistant" instructor for the day. Taking that leadership role is both fun and a little scary if it is the first time. However, just one day as a leader in an exciting Martial Arts Event can result in a lasting impression. Positive emotions improve learning. We make sure each participant has an enlightening learning experience.

My 10 year old had his birthday party at East West MMA!  He had the best time.  Kyoshi Marco is patient and really grabs the kid’s attention.  The staff kept the party moving and I was able to enjoy my guest and watch the kids have a blast!  This was the easiest birthday party I’ve ever had! – Joan

When the martial arts class has ended, everybody will enjoy pizza and juice. Then the best part: your child will cut the cake with a REAL SAMURAI SWORD! Naturally, one of our Black Belt Instructors will be there to help. Closing this exciting event is the conventional opening of his or her gifts. The host or hostess always offers thanks to those who attend the party, but we find that the guests think you and your child are their heroes.  “Thank you!” from guests is heard all the way out the door. You and your child may leave whenever you are ready, because our staff is ready to clean anything up.  We've got all the work covered; your job is just having fun!

My name is Jennifer. My son had his 5th birthday party at East West MMA in Selden. It was the best! All of my friends commented on how much fun their kids had. They are even considering having a party for their children too. The kids said that the best part for them was cutting the birthday cake with a samurai sword!
